For help with Remie, email info@heyremie.com. This is also the contact for privacy questions and requests to access, correct or remove your personal information.

Tell us what happened

Include your app/device version, what you were trying to do and any error message. If helpful, attach a screenshot after hiding private care information. Never send verification codes, sign-in credentials or guest invitation links.

Sign-in and shared access

The iOS app offers Google, Apple and email-code sign-in. Use a method already connected to your Remie account. If the app asks you to verify an existing account before linking another method, follow that verification rather than creating a duplicate account. Check spam for email codes; codes are valid for up to 10 minutes. If you use Apple Hide My Email and a verification message does not arrive, contact support about delivery. Ask the household owner to review your membership if your household is unavailable. Never send support a verification code or provider credential.

Saving and refreshing

An internet connection is required to save care. A cached display or a failed response does not establish whether a new save reached the service. If the app shows Check save, use that action and follow its result before making another change. Use Refresh care or the refresh action shown when fresh care data is required. Do not create another entry just because the first response was uncertain.

For an unconfirmed scheduled walk, Check save in the form or Check saved walk for the named pet checks the original request; it does not create a new walk entry. Reopening Remie can restore this recovery prompt without resending the save. Retry original save is offered only when the app permits an explicit retry of that same request. Use that action rather than logging a replacement walk. If the result remains unresolved, keep the request pending and check again when connected; contact support if it cannot be resolved.

If secure walk recovery is unavailable, unlock your iPhone and use Retry walk recovery or the retry action shown. Do not clear storage, uninstall, reset, sign out or switch accounts as a way to dismiss a pending save. Keep an independent record of essential care while the connection or service is unavailable, and reconcile it with confirmed app history before recording it again.

Care Plan notifications

Open More → Notifications in the iPhone app. The Care Plan section lets you choose Feeding, Medication, Grooming, Timed walks and Appointments. Allow notifications in iPhone Settings when asked. Flexible Walks offers optional reminder times for existing plans; those times do not create a walking plan or change its deadlines. If setup could not be confirmed, use Retry reminder setup. If system permission is denied, use Open iPhone Settings.

Turning reminders off applies to this iPhone. Explicit sign-out disables delivery for that installation. After signing back in, check More → Notifications and enable the reminders you want; delivery is not automatically promised by signing in. An alert already accepted by the delivery service may still arrive. Open the Care Plan to check current care; tapping a notification never records completion.

Public app features and existing care

The public iOS app keeps everyday care, household members, food and medication management, and basic health, document and weight records. It does not create new trips, temporary guest invitations, flexible walking plans or weigh-in schedules, and does not offer Growth charts, document scans or shopping lists. Existing trips, invitations and care obligations retain supported management under ordinary permissions. An unavailable creation screen does not mean an existing record or obligation was deleted.

Delete your account or manage your data

Open More → Delete account in the app. If you have not created or joined a household, choose Delete account on the Your household setup screen. You can also visit the website account page. Follow the verification prompts and review which households will be deleted or remain with other members before confirming. If verification fails, stop and contact support about the error; signing out or uninstalling does not delete the account. Read the Privacy policy for retained shared records and storage-removal details.

If you cannot sign in, or want help with a data request, email info@heyremie.com from your account email. We may ask you to verify your identity.

Pet health concerns

Remie support is for the app. For medical advice or urgent care, contact your veterinarian or an emergency veterinary service directly.
